Carbon Teflon PTFE Sheet sheet and Rod rod

Each one has its own Graphite excellence PTFE filled with exceptional chemical resistance and is compatible with most of the hydraulic fluid.

The bending and surface moduli are higher than that of modified PTFE hardness. Bronze filled PTFE filler has better clothing elongation resistance and higher thermal conductivity of glass fibers with PTFE

This compound is easy to machine but has poor chemical resistance in the presence of acid and alkali.

Useful in applications that have high mechanical loads or high speed rubbing contacts where bronze fillers supply strength and conductivity to transport undesirable excess heat.

Carbon filled PTFE Different filler percentage will change properties. The two basic ingredients used in this compound are themselves highly questionable.

PTFE has good friction properties including low wear rate and good elasticity.

The carbon filler is brittle and has low wear properties.

Both fail at high load and speed increase.

When these two elements are formulated and properly mixed together they become excellent materials for use as seals and rings in the reciprocating compressor industry.

In addition the glass increases the press properties by as much as 40 and improves the wear resistance greatly.

\ This compound rejects acid and oxidation but can be attacked by alkali.

It is heat resistant and has better mechanical properties than standard PTFE
